Principal Partner Solutions Architect (Public Sector - Fed)

📋 Description

• Own senior technical relationships with federal/public sector partners and exec stakeholders.
• Lead joint technical strategy sessions and executive business reviews.
• Architect complex partner initiatives: cloud migrations, zero-trust, FedRAMP deployments.
• Design and deliver partner enablement programs: workshops and certs.
• Advocate for partners’ technical needs with Datadog Product/Engineering.
• Drive platform roadmap input by representing federal partner needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in customer- or partner-facing technical roles with exec and deep-technical impact.
• Proven track record building C-suite relationships in federal/public sector.
• Deep familiarity with the federal tech landscape: procurement, FedRAMP, FISMA, IL5.
• Self-starter with business acumen; articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom.
• Fluency in English.
• Desired hands-on experience in five+ areas:
• Observability: Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace
• Public Cloud: AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, GCP
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Dev/Scripting: Python, Go, JavaScript, Ruby, Bash
• Config Mgmt: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
• CI/CD & DevSecOps: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions
