Principal Operations Program Manager, Global SOC

📋 Description

• Partner with SOC leadership to map analyst workflows and bottlenecks.
• Own backlog and deliver process and tooling improvements across SOC.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for SOC signals.
• Drive alignment with Support Operations for scalable improvements.
• Own SOC documentation quality for accuracy and auditable standards.
• Translate findings into precise, actionable requirements for engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, ideally in SOC/security or tech support.
• Ability to analyze workflows and turn findings into prioritized requirements.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards; data storytelling.
• Familiarity with SOC ops: ticketing, queues, SLAs, escalations.
• Proven cross-functional work with engineering or product.
• Backlog management with clear tradeoffs and minimal oversight.
