📋 Description

  • Partner with Senior R&D leaders to drive strategic headcount allocation and align with technical roadmaps.
  • Manage headcount lifecycle end-to-end: detailing, design changes, and internal mobility tracking.
  • Ensure Workday serves as the single source of truth with 100% data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years cross-functional PM, Finance, Ops, and HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) required.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million budgets and large programs.
  • Navigate complex org dynamics with discretion and influence VP/C-suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
  • Experience in fast-growth SaaS/Cloud computing; understands eng/product needs.
  • Program mgmt, problem solving, detail-oriented, and fast-paced execution.
