Principal Operational Readiness Engineer

📋 Description

• Stabilize and drive execution of complex data center projects across CoreWeave's infra portfolio.
• Perform deep operational and technical reviews to identify gaps in design and execution.
• Evaluate critical infrastructure systems, construction activities, and turnover readiness.
• Review documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules) for readiness and quality.
• Monitor dependencies, sequencing, and critical path risks across large builds.
• Drive corrective actions, mitigation, and recovery plans to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Mgmt, or related.
• 15+ years in data center design, construction, or ops.
• Strong knowledge of power, cooling, controls, gens, UPS.
• Experience in distressed/high-risk infra projects and recovery.
• Able to assess sites, identify risks, and drive mitigations.
• Knowledge of sequencing, turnover, and fit-out for large data centers.
• Coordinating across design teams, GC, commissioning, vendors, and ops.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet.
