🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Ops, NPI, or Commercial Ops at tech/hw/sw.
- End-to-end ownership of SKU lifecycle from intake to readiness.
- VP-level cross-functional leadership; influence without authority.
- Fluent in enterprise systems: ServiceNow, D365, Salesforce.
- Experience at smaller or high-growth company (<5000 employees).
- Data-driven with KPIs and dashboards; AI tooling familiarity.
