🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Operations, NPI, or Commercial Ops at tech/hw/software.
- End-to-end ownership of SKU lifecycle from intake to commercial readiness.
- Cross-functional leadership influencing VP+ level without direct authority.
- Fluency with ServiceNow, D365, Salesforce; ERP/CRM/PLM tools.
- Experience in smaller or high-growth environments building process and teams.
- Strong understanding of bundling, pricing, and go-to-market.
