- Own end-to-end NPI workflow for all SKU types from submission to Ready-to-Quote/Ready-to-Ship.
- Design, operate, and improve the NPI process for discipline and velocity.
- Cross-functional leader across Product, Finance, ComOps, Supply Chain, Legal, and IT.
- Drive bundle creation during pricing week; create and update bundles.
- Govern SKU creation, bundle changes, price changes, end-of-life, and SKU swaps.
- Lead prioritization during high-velocity periods with the right tools.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Ops, NPI, or Commercial Ops.
- End-to-end ownership of product introductions or SKU lifecycle.
- Cross-functional leadership at VP level and above without direct authority.
- Fluent in ServiceNow, ERP (D365), Salesforce, and PLM.
- Experience at fast-growth or smaller company (<5k employees).
- Data-driven with KPIs and dashboards for exec decisions.
