🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Admin or related field; 5 years experience.
- 5 years in deep-dive industry research, market size/growth, competitive landscape, and due diligence.
- 5 years building detailed financial models to forecast performance and optimize capital structure.
- 4 years analyzing acquisition opportunities, monetization, and key metrics (revenue/EBITDA growth, margins, cash flow).
- 4 years coordinating with management and presenting investment memoranda.
- Up to 25% travel required.
