• Architect & ship: design end-to-end Python services for dispatch.
• Model & simulate: build ML models and horizon simulations.
• Operationalize: automate training, validation, A/B rollout, monitoring.
• Lead & collaborate: mentor ML engineers; align with product, ops, execs.
• Continuously improve: instrument telemetry; identify failure modes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ yrs ML Eng with production ownership.
• Expert-level Python.
• Optimization: MILP/LP/Stochastic; ML (XGBoost, PyTorch).
• Cloud-native pipelines on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• SQL, feature-store design, and data-quality mindset.
• Nice to have: dispatch/logistics experience.
