🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years of design, build, and commissioning tooling for manufacturing.
- CAD/FEA for structural tooling (NX, ANSYS Workbench preferred).
- Experience with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and drafting standards (ASME Y14.5).
- Manufacturing processes: mills, lathes, welding, sheet metal, assembly, inspection.
- Experience with custom machine design: motors, actuators, linear rails, pneumatics.
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
