- 10+ years of hands-on aerospace high-temperature materials development and testing.
- Hands-on experience with thermal, chemical, and mechanical testing.
- Experience with materials characterization techniques: DSC, TGA, SEM, XRD.
- Strong project management and mentoring of junior team members.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving; cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to lead lab operations and equipment maintenance.
