π― Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in Acquisition (Paid Search, Social, SEO) or Retention (CRM, Lifecycle, Churn).
- Experience in marketing budget optimization, including attribution modeling, MMM, and incrementality testing.
- Proficiency in building models for LTV, multi-touch attribution, or predictive scoring.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced statistical analysis.
- Expertise in building insightful data visualisations to enable self-serve, with Tableau or similar.
