  • Support marketing channels (Paid Search, CRM, SEO) with analysis and recommendations.
  • Develop statistical models for audience segmentation and lifecycle strategy.

  • Build and maintain scalable data models using dbt and SQL for a reliable marketing data layer.
  • Translate data findings into strategic narratives and dashboards for self-serve, data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Data Eng and Marketing Tech to shape the data stack and ensure tracking integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Acquisition (Paid Search, Social, SEO) or Retention (CRM, Lifecycle, Churn).
  • Experience in marketing budget optimization, including attribution modeling, MMM, and incrementality testing.
  • Proficiency in building models for LTV, multi-touch attribution, or predictive scoring.
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in building insightful data visualisations to enable self-serve, with Tableau or similar.
