📋 Description

  • Support marketing channels (Paid Search, CRM, SEO) with in-depth analyses.
  • Develop statistical models for audience segmentation and lifecycle strategy.
  • Design and run experiments, including incrementality testing.
  • Build and maintain data models with dbt and SQL for a scalable data layer.
  • Translate data insights into dashboards for self-serve, data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Marketing Tech to ensure tracking integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in one core marketing domain: Acquisition or Retention.
  • Experience in marketing budget optimization, including attribution modeling and MMM.
  • Proficiency in building models for LTV, multi-touch attribution, or predictive scoring.
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced statistical analysis.
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical partners and senior leadership.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or digital business with CAC, LTV, Payback.
