- Proficiency in building models for LTV, multi-touch attribution, or predictive scoring.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced statistical analysis.
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical partners and senior leadership.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or digital business with CAC, LTV, Payback.
