- Partner with plant-level stakeholders to design and deploy Tulip solutions.
- Embed with customers to implement apps, integrations, and workflows in live manufacturing environments.
- Lead design, build, and deployment of customer-specific Tulip solutions.
- Integrate with shop-floor systems such as PLCs, MES/ERP, and quality systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning software, data, and operational workflows.
- Serve as technical owner for forward-deployed customer solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- 8-10+ years in manufacturing or related roles
- 4+ years in direct, customer-facing or consultant roles
- OT experience including MES/ERP, quality or production systems
- Experience integrating systems and devices in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of workflows, quality, and traceability
- BS degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent); travel up to 75%
