🎯 Requirements

- 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience across complex hardware.
- Experience transitioning from prototype to repeatable production.
- Experience with ERP, MRP, MES, PLS, or similar manufacturing systems.
- Experience owning MRR/PRR, MBOMs, routings, work instructions, or production control.
- Experience analyzing factory performance and driving improvements.
