🎯 Requirements

PhD in Computer Science, ML, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
10+ years of experience building ML models at scale.
Python programming with PyTorch experience.
Proven record of training, fine-tuning, optimization and inference runtime.
Post-training experience: data processing for fine-tuning, alignment, RL, eval, multilingual.
Specialized runtime optimizations: quantization, on-device/GPU inference, kernels.
