Principal, Land Acquisition

📋 Description

• Lead identification, evaluation, and acquisition of powered land sites across the Americas.
• Manage full acquisition lifecycle: sourcing, feasibility, and close.
• Coordinate with Due Diligence for site, technical, and commercial evaluation.
• Conduct site feasibility: zoning, entitlements, utility infra, flood/seismic risk.
• Lead transaction due diligence with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Energy teams.
• Partner with Site Selection for integrated land/lease strategy across the Americas.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in land acquisition, real estate or infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of powered land, interconnection, entitlements, feasibility.
• Experience structuring land purchase, ground leases, and options.
• Established network of brokers, utility advisors, and partners.
• Strong ability to assess power infrastructure and interconnection risk early.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; synthesize complex deals.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or related field.
