Lead and coordinate the firm's operational due diligence process.
Host operational due diligence meetings with institutional clients.
Coordinate with internal teams across Product, Ops, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Tech.
Lead responses to due diligence requests with timely, accurate info.
Maintain firm-level ODDs and DDQs and related materials.
Support diligence for insurance-focused strategies (RFPs, RFIs, DDQs).

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in due diligence/RFP/RFI/DDQ in asset management.
Experience supporting institutional investor due diligence.
Experience with institutional consultants and clients.
Bachelor’s Degree; FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses active or eligible.
Strong understanding of investor and consultant due diligence frameworks.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with DDQ databases, consultant platforms, and document management systems.
