🎯 Requirements

10+ years building and scaling infrastructure systems
5+ years in Platform Eng, DevOps, or SRE
Led org-wide infra initiatives and roadmaps
Regulated/air-gapped environments incl DoW/IC
Kubernetes expert (multi-cluster, security, CNCF)
Terraform or Ansible for IaC/automation
