- Strong Workday integration design knowledge, including EIB and cross-system patterns.
- Experience in a public company environment with SOX ITGC.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders, guide design sessions, and communicate tradeoffs.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and creating structured plans.
- Interest in applying AI and automation to improve workflows.
