  • Strong Workday integration design knowledge, including EIB and cross-system patterns.
  • Experience in a public company environment with SOX ITGC.
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders, guide design sessions, and communicate tradeoffs.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and creating structured plans.
  • Interest in applying AI and automation to improve workflows.
