  • Primary contact for employee and manager HR inquiries across core topics.
  • Own and improve HR shared services processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure consistent HR practices and program application across the org.
  • Partner with Payroll, Legal, and Finance for audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain/update employee handbooks, policies, and internal docs.
  • Support investigations and employee relations with fairness and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in HR, HR Operations, Shared Services, or HRBP with strong ops focus.
  • Experience with employment law, payroll processes, and HR program execution.
  • Strong PM skills; can manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
  • AI/automation mindset; experience with AI-enabled tools to streamline HR ops.
  • High attention to detail; strong documentation and process mindset.
  • Experience in a high-growth, global, or tech-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with US and international employment regulations.
  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
