π― Requirements
- 8+ years in HR, HR Operations, Shared Services, or HRBP with strong ops focus.
- Experience with employment law, payroll processes, and HR program execution.
- Strong PM skills; can manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
- AI/automation mindset; experience with AI-enabled tools to streamline HR ops.
- High attention to detail; strong documentation and process mindset.
- Experience in a high-growth, global, or tech-driven environment.
- Familiarity with US and international employment regulations.
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
