🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
10+ years HR operations with transformation leadership.
Expertise in HR service delivery, controls, scalable process design.
Strong cross-functional influence with executive stakeholders.
Strong systems orientation; ADP expertise strongly preferred.
Experience in SaaS or data-driven environments.
