• 10+ years HRBP in high-growth SaaS, supporting Sales & Marketing.
• Sales fluency: understand classic sales mechanics, accelerators, quota metrics.
• AI builder mindset; proactive in adopting AI to scale.
• Data-driven: translate attrition & quota trends into solutions.
• Programmatic heft: led major initiatives.
• Communication & influence: adept at navigating matrix structures and influencing senior leadership.
