  • Trusted partner to VP- and SVP-level leaders; able to influence and coach.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using AI tools and employee data.
  • Excellent judgment: know when to push, listen, and escalate.
  • Experience supporting a globally distributed R&D org.
