- Led org design initiatives, not just supported them.
- Trusted partner to VP- and SVP-level leaders; able to influence and coach.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using AI tools and employee data.
- Excellent judgment: know when to push, listen, and escalate.
- Experience supporting a globally distributed R&D org.
