• Partner with GTM leaders to translate strategy into a people plan for Americas.
• Diagnose org health and propose data-driven interventions.
• Design org structures and workforce planning aligned to GTM priorities.
• Lead AI-enabled culture and workflows in GTM.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams with talent retention.
• Collaborate with Sales Compensation to align plans with decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ yrs as HRBP supporting senior leaders in GTM or customer-facing teams.
• Influences VP-level stakeholders and navigates ambiguity.
• Strong org design, performance, talent mgmt, rewards, and change mgmt.
• Experience leading org design in knowledge-work GTM-heavy environments.
• Comfortable with sales compensation and quota-carrying populations.
• Data-driven: uses people metrics to diagnose issues and inform decisions.
