📋 Description

Principal HRBP to support Upwork's COO and CTO organizations; partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy and workforce transformation.

• Partner with COO/CTO and exec team to develop people strategies and coaching.
• Shape workforce planning, org design, and talent development at scale globally.
• Use data and AI tools to assess health, surface insights, and drive outcomes.
• Lead complex change initiatives with cross-functional partners for continuity.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, and culture.
• Collaborate with COEs to design and scale inclusive people programs.
