  • Own GTM readiness framework (stage gates, RACIs, scorecards)
  • Translate product roadmaps into quarterly GTM plans by segment with Product & PMM
  • Ensure front-line readiness across Sales, Partnerships, Support, Ops (pricing, quoting, escalation)
  • Lead cross-functional groups to answer pre-launch questions (who sells, ICP, offers, metrics)
  • Define launch metrics to track adoption, pipeline, win-rate, expansion, retention
  • Identify execution risks (systems, staffing, training, SLAs) and propose mitigations with updates

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in GTM, revenue enablement, or product marketing with sales partnership
  • Led cross-functional launches with pricing/packaging
  • Strong executive presence; clear communication; run QBR-style reviews
  • Data-driven; define metrics; build simple models; use insights to guide decisions
  • Entrepreneurial ownership; bias toward action
  • Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows
