🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML models (deep learning in PyTorch).
- Strong experience with recommender systems, ranking, embeddings, or related domains.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring ICs and leading projects.
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problem spaces and driving projects from concept to production.
- Deep experience with experimentation and causal inference; connect model improvements to business outcomes.
- Proficient in Python and SQL; experienced with large-scale datasets and production-ready DS systems.
