Drive system automation (Workiva) to streamline close and reporting.
Deliver zero-defect filings on deadlines and shape Airbnb's financial narrative.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in financial reporting or public accounting with SEC.
Active CPA preferred; Big 4 background desirable.
Distill complex financials into clear external disclosures.
Hands-on with Workiva and XBRL tagging in a CI environment.
Strong SOX 404, internal controls, and auditing practices.
Manage multiple projects during peak periods; mentor juniors.
Partner with Investor Relations, Legal, and exec mgmt.
