Principal Financial Analyst - Corporate Planning & G&A

📋 Description

• Own and evolve FP&A processes and cadence (forecast, variance).
• Lead FP&A for G&A: People, IT, Legal, Finance, Facilities.
• Support quarterly and annual earnings with scenario modeling and QA.
• Provide exec decision support via dashboards and analyses.
• Translate operating plans into financial implications for leadership.
• Travel up to 10% for onboarding, partner meetings, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years FP&A/Corporate Finance experience; SaaS or high-growth preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA/CFA/CPA a plus.
• Deep budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and modeling.
• Experience with Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, NetSuite, ERP/BI integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence.
