• Write role narratives, build market maps, and run end-to-end processes.
• Lead intake to lock scope, scorecards, and compensation parameters.
• Directly partner with the executive team to define needs and market fit.
• Manage confidential searches with discretion and independence.
• Close with sophisticated compensation negotiations and offers.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in recruiting; Director–C-suite searches; 8+ yrs retained.
• Deep exec placement at growth-stage or pre-IPO firms.
• Proven zero-to-one search experience; undefined scope.
• Confidential searches with strong judgment and discretion.
• Shaping executive role narratives with executives to surface needs.
• Fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Gem.
