Principal, Equity Compensation

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end equity plan administration (grants, exercises, releases).
• Reconcile monthly equity activity and monitor share utilization.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, People Ops, Tax, and Legal.
• Lead the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP) and stock awards program.
• Coordinate domestic and international stock compensation reporting.
• Implement controls and automate equity data workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years stock administration in a public company.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Knowledge of equity awards (RSUs, options, PSUs).
• Understanding GAAP and accounting standards for equity comp.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
