🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in ML systems and model optimization.
3+ years in a technical lead or management role leading high-performing teams.
Extensive experience with large-scale ML model training and deployment in production.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
PyTorch or JAX; Python; C++; MLOps.
