• 2+ years engineering leadership; proven ability to mentor and improve productivity.
• Production-quality algorithms in AV/Robotics/Aerospace; prototype to product.
• Strategic vision to balance long-term health with 2026 launch needs.
• Deep expertise in numerical optimization and optimal control: MPC, NLP, convex optimization.
• Motion planning under uncertainty; interaction-aware planning; ML approaches a plus.
• Full-stack robotics context; impact of perception/prediction and control on trajectory feasibility.
• Production-grade C++ in Linux; real-time, safety-critical code.
• Python for rapid prototyping; AI-augmented workflows; SQL/big-data for fleet analysis.
