🎯 Requirements

- Ability to set multi-year vision and tech strategy for complex domains.
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to balance short-term and long-term work.
- Experience building and guiding technical roadmaps with leadership.
- Experience shipping production software in safety-critical environments.
