📋 Description

• Transition tests from engineering development to production-ready execution.
• Architect qualification and acceptance tests across subsystems.
• Plan, manage, and task cross-functional test teams.
• Translate verification requirements into efficient test plans.
• Lead test plans, scripts, and automation for repeatable execution.
• Define GSE requirements and oversee the test infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in spacecraft integration and test environments.
• Direct experience leading multiple spacecraft or launch vehicle test campaigns.
• Hands-on spacecraft test procedures, automation, and execution.
• Hands-on scripting/coding to automate satellite testing.
• Experience across electrical, mechanical, and software disciplines.
