Design, build, and operate release tooling for building, packaging, signing, and deploying.
Reduce lead time for changes by improving the release process.
Collaborate with development and SRE to define CI/CD policies and governance.
Support developers with build automation, CI, test automation, and deployment tooling.
Troubleshoot issues in the CI/CD pipeline.
Participate in on-call rotation for release support.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of release engineering experience.
Agile environment experience (stories, sprints, CI/CD, TDD).
Deep expertise in Ruby, Python, or Go.
Automation tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Dagger.
Linux, Docker, Kubernetes; AWS and/or GCP.
IaC: Chef, Terraform, Ansible; Git/GitHub and branching strategies.
