🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong backend exp with Python frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Pyramid, or Django.
- Experience leading design for complex systems; architecture decisions and cross-team guidance.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases; schema design, tuning, and data modeling.
- Experience building cloud-native systems with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC.
- Strong CI/CD, observability, reliability, and production ops practices.
