• Define multi-year roadmap for Core GenAI Platform
• Architect large-scale inference and orchestration systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of experience
• Deep expertise in LLM infra and inference optimization
• Design scalable RAG architectures and vector DB lifecycles
• Build automated evaluation pipelines (LLM-as-a-judge)
• Hands-on with LangChain, LlamaIndex or OpenAI APIs
• Experience operating ML/LLM platforms at scale (cost, latency)
