- Proven ability to define and drive cross-organizational technical strategy
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes-based platforms
- Experience with internal developer platforms (IDP) and self-service ecosystems
- Driving AI-enabled SDLC practices and AI-infused workflows
