Partner with Dev to ensure solid queries on a battle-tested schema.
Scale data systems for high volumes of writes and complex ETL.
Evaluate and adopt new data infra tech.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years in DBA/SRE/Data Eng roles with scale experience.
Deep expertise in MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift; perf tuning.
Advanced SQL proficiency.
Data replication and ETL/ELT exp (DBT, AWS DMS).
Data modeling, distributed systems, warehouse design.
Strong collaboration and documentation in fast-paced teams.
