Principal Engineer - Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM)

📋 Description

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of CIAM systems.
• Design secure, scalable authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering, product, and security on roadmaps and risks.
• Drive adoption of modern, standards-based identity patterns.
• Improve reliability, security, and maintainability of identity services.
• Mentor engineers and foster inclusive engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing/operating auth systems in production.
• Deep expertise: OIDC, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, JWT, SSO.
• Experience with service-to-service authentication in distributed systems.
• Strong software architecture and scalable system design.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; technical docs.
• Track record mentoring engineers.
