Develop training material with engineering to address trends in customer issues and engineer skill gaps
Deliver technical training and train SMEs to lead training sessions
Set strategy for reflecting customer voice and product use cases back into product teams
Identify product supportability gaps and develop tools or features to improve troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

8+ years as SME in SD-WAN and Cloud Connector Technologies
Expertise in networking, cloud security, and performance management
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Experience advising Directors on technical strategy and voice of the customer
Experience developing processes/tools to improve troubleshooting
