🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in software engineering; dev platforms or infra.
- Hands-on experience designing/shipping agentic AI systems in production (memory, orchestration, tool integration).
- Experience with large monorepos or complex multi-service codebases.
- Familiarity with agentic development practices (AGENTS.md, prompt engineering).
- Proven track record driving broad technical change without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of modern SDLC tooling and AI-enabled workflows.
