Identify cross-team risks and drive resolution.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience, with senior/principal responsibilities.
Hands-on with C#, React, and SQL Server.
Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
Azure environments, CI/CD ownership (Azure DevOps).
Strong cross-team communication across distributed teams.
Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
