- 8+ years in Sales/GTM Enablement at a high-growth global tech company.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Executor at heart; not a pure strategy role.
- Direct experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, preferably Mid-Market/Enterprise.
- Deep understanding of sales dynamics; ability to empathize and support.
- Experience designing workshops and using AI to improve outcomes.
