Principal Demo Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the Fin demo platform end-to-end with multi-tenant workspaces and seed data.
• Build demo features into Fin so SEs can spin up demos in minutes.
• Use AI to prepare demos: research prospects and auto-configure demos.
• Enable SEs with templates, libraries, and scripting hooks for fast demos.
• Show Fin across web, mobile, voice, email, Slack, and APIs in demos.
• Partner with Enablement to design training and certification paths.
• Stay ahead of the roadmap with demos that reflect new capabilities.
• Codify proven patterns into tools and playbooks for GTM.

🎯 Requirements

• Must-have: 6+ years building software in customer-facing technical roles.
• Must-have: Hands-on AI/LLM product experience; know RAG, tools, and evals.
• Must-have: Full-stack: TypeScript frontend + Ruby/Go/Python backend; web & mobile.
• Must-have: Deep familiarity with SDKs, wrappers, and dev-facing APIs; RESTful APIs & SaaS.
• Must-have: Claude Code or equivalent agentic coding tools; proven productivity gains.
• Must-have: Design sensibility; polished demos that close deals.
• Must-have: Storytelling to translate features into revenue.
• Nice-to-have: Background in customer support or CX tooling.
• Nice-to-have: Experience building internal platforms or developer tooling at scale.
• Nice-to-have: Experience designing multi-tenant demo or sandbox environments.
• Nice-to-have: Bridges engineering and revenue; lighthouse deals or similar work.
