Guide partners through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model.
Identify specialization gaps and enablement paths.
Support partners pursuing product specializations (OWI, Auth0, Workflows, etc.).
Encourage partner certification and skill development.
Review and validate partner go-live submissions.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in enterprise software delivery, services, or partner success.
Experience with system integrators or service delivery partners.
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
Strong IAM understanding.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS deployment models.
Ability to guide partners through complex tech implementations.
