π― Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep expertise across Acquisition (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO) and Retention (CRM, Lifecycle, Churn).
- Proven hands-on experience building MMMs and incrementality tests (geo-based, holdout, synthetic control).
- Proficiency in applied statistical modelling (LTV, predictive scoring, causal inference).
- Advanced Python or R for stats, modelling, and automation, with production-grade code standards.
- Practical experience applying AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows.
- Experience architecting scalable data models using SQL and dbt.
- Exceptional ability to distil complex findings into clear narratives for leadership.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or digital with understanding of CAC, LTV, Payback.
- Mentoring analysts and coaching on technical skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to product analytics or growth, connecting marketing and product data.
- Prior experience influencing tooling, vendor or data infrastructure decisions at an organisational level.
