🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree (or PhD) in Statistics, Math, OR CS, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience will be considered.
- 4+ years of fraud analytics experience in financial services or FinTech.
- Crypto/Blockchain experience.
- Deep ML knowledge incl. GBM, XGBoost, LGBM.
- Advanced SQL, R, Python skills.
- Proven track record owning large, complex data analysis projects.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments; willingness to travel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
